Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier’s website.
To initiate a return, please email info@kingdom-designs.co.za. You will need your order number and email address used to place the order. We will also require the reason for return and a picture of the item with tags intact.
